Customer Service Representative will receive:

Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Must have prior customer service/dispatch/scheduling experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must have strong desire to grow and learn
Customer Service Representative Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Take new loss information
- Prioritize new losses
- Schedule service crew appointments as needed
- Appointment follow-up
- Perform basic office duties
- Follow full billing/collection process until money is collected
- Follow the mortgage process for billing structure on every job
- Call every customer with outstanding balance every week
- Meet/exceed criteria set for accounts with outstanding balance aged 90 days
- Meet with Department Lead weekly or more often to discuss/plan collections issues
- File & appear in small claims court as needed
- Follow post court process
Job Type: Full-time
Days: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or until done
Compensation: $18 - $25/Hour Bonus
